Bio Brothers
The market garden Bio Brothers is owned by the brothers Johan and Toon Tielen. Among other vegetables they grow organic rhubarb, spinach, courgette and kale. Their farm is in the South of Holland which means their products are usually available early in the season.
The early rhubarb is one of the products that is popular with box-schemes and organic wholesale companies.
