Organic rainbow carrots
Bio Romeo is the name of a group of growers in the middle of Holland (Lelystad area) who offer a great diversity of organically grown potatoes and vegetables.
One of these products are the so called ‘rainbow carrots’, a combination of different varieties of organic carrots (see the photograph). They also grow organic Chioggia and yellow beetroot. These products make a nice change from the standard vegetables and are therefore popular with box scheme companies, restaurants and catering companies.
