Bioport is online!
On the 20th of September we took some pictures on organic farms and packing stations in the Flevopolder. At Arenosa the Jerusalem artichokes were in flower (see the adjoining photograph). Later on in the day the w
ind grew in force, so we were able to take some good pictures of the windmills. With short descriptions and photographs we try to show how the growers and packers work. In a few months we will visit some more of the growers we work with in a different part of Holland.
